Had a great stay at the hotel with my husband, daughter, and her partner with our 2 young grandchildren. We enjoyed the facilities in the hotel, especially the swimming pool and sauna, it was an added bonus. The rooms were large ,clean, and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, I would especially like to praise the concierge/porter who was on duty both days helping with our parking ,all our bags taken to our room and there were a few. Was very attentive and pleasant every time we saw him. The location was great for attractions, restaurants, and bars day an night. I would highly recommend a stay at the courthouse hotel.

The room was modern, clean and comfortable - pur room was huge! There were toiletries available such as body wash etc. The room was warm too. Sky TV was ready to watch on the TV. The bed was comfortable and there was lots of space to keep clothes. The decor is lovely across the whole hotel. The main entrance is stunning and I love the fact that the hotel used to be an old magistrates court and police station, I am a bit of a history geek so looked into that! The swimming pool and spa area is stunning. I went for a swim at 7.30am and was pleased to find the pool and sauna empty. The pool has a waterfall feature and it's just beautiful in general.

The staff here were warm & welcoming absolutely amazing customer service experience. Absolutely brilliant venue with huge original historic features. Lots on offer from a private bowling alley & cinema as well as a swimming pool, sauna & spa treatments. The jail house bar was enjoyable steeped in history it is the perfect place in Old Street for Cocktails.
